Our Mission
Benefit Design Management, Inc. is a brokerage operation specializing in the Corporate and Individual marketplace. While specializing in Employee Benefits we realize that our client’s have a need for an array of insurance products so we have grown to include Business Owner’s Liability, Workers Compensation, as well as Homeowner, Individual Life and Disability Insurance. We are also heavily involved with Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage Plans.
About the Principal
Charles J. Lammers (Chuck) started in the Employee Benefits business in 1971 as a pension underwriter for The Insurance Company of North America. He received additional training in Pension and Health with the Hartford from 1971 to 1975 and then spent 8 years as a benefits representitive with Great West Life Group Department where he received extensive training in all aspects of employee benefits including self-funding.
In 1985, Chuck started Benefit Design Management, Inc. He holds a degree in Accounting from Rutgers and is past president of South Jersey Association of Health Underwriters.
